User registration:

1.How do I create a user account?

• Click on the ´new user´ option.
• Complete the form with all details, including your student number if you are a continuing student (if you do not know your student number, please contact cenman@cervantes.es
• You will receive an e-mail with full details in order to complete your enrolment.

2.How can I retrieve my password?

Click on the option “Request a new password”, enter your e-mail address and you will receive an e-mail with steps to retrieve your password.

3. I am a continuing student and have a student number or I have taken a level test, do I have to create a user account?

Yes, you should create a user account and please indicate your student number, if you already have one.

1. What can I buy in the shop?

In the shop you can pay for enrolments for all courses available at the Instituto Cervantes centres. Through its network of centres across the world, the Instituto Cervantes offers a wide range of courses of Spanish as a foreign language. All general language courses are structured according to the Common European Framework of Reference. Courses can also be tailored to specific needs or we have language courses for specific purposes such as, Business Spanish. All of which are adjusted to the Instituto Cervantes Plan (PCIC).
